The In-Between Time

The in-between time falls in soft silence, cloudy blue is the color of its’ face. A time of gathering up, of languid preparation, a slow easing into the coming darkness. It’s for low laughter and the clink of wine glasses, night blooming Jasmine and whispered secrets, dew covered toes and hidden kisses.
