Freely Let Them Fall
Our tears are the
water of life,
cleansing
the debris left from
suffering and grief,
preparing
the soil of our sensitivity,
nourishing
appreciation and forgiveness.

The inspiration for this poem was the following passage:

Beautiful, sage advice. It is while seeking a greater freedom what you have to let go of bondage; and letting go is often tough. Tears make it easier.
