What if the Milky Way lived
In the Earth? Would we walk
In the stars, be called Twinkletoes
Instead of Humans?
What if Earth’s mantle lived
In space? Would the sky be aglow
Like birthday candles for our every days?
What if Earth and Sky were flipped?
Would we be happier, sadder, kinder –
Or would we even notice?

I like this response to the prompt. Better than just “if.” I wouldn’t have thought to take it out so big (Milky Way/earth).
I may try “if only” but haven’t done anything at all yet today!
