This Saturday, January 13, the Women’s National Book Association of New Orleans will be hosting five women poets on a “Women Poets Resist” panel including contributors to the Nasty Women Poets anthology. Poets include Stacy Balkan, Gina Ferrara, Julie Kane, Andrea Panzeca, and Carolyn Hembree. The event will be held at the Mid-City Branch of the New Orleans Public Library, 4140 Canal St from 11:30 – 2:00. More info here.
